Product Overview
New Solution offers insulated box liners, also called thermal box liners, for fitting inside shipping cartons. Listed structures combine reflective VMPET film with a PE bubble or EPE foam layer, with custom dimensions and a folding design available.
These liners can be considered for meal-kit, grocery and other temperature-sensitive shipping applications. Choose the insulation structure around the available carton space, payload and packing method. Any regulated or pharmaceutical application requires its own documented qualification.

Agree the target temperature range and test conditions before selecting a configuration. No universal hold time or pharmaceutical qualification is claimed for these liners.

What is the difference between the bubble and foam options?
The listed options are VMPET/PE bubble/VMPET and VMPET/EPE foam/VMPET. Their fit and handling differ; select and test the structure with the actual carton and payload.
How should I specify liner dimensions?
Send the carton’s usable internal length, width and height, along with the payload, closure arrangement and space needed for any coolant. Confirm the final fit with a sample.
