Product Overview
New Solution supplies thermal pallet covers for palletized goods and temperature-sensitive cargo. Listed material options are aluminum foil/PE bubble/aluminum foil and VMPET/PE bubble/VMPET, with single or double bubble structures.
Covers can be processed by heat sealing or sewing, with matching edge treatments and custom dimensions. Provide the actual loaded pallet dimensions, including overhang, rather than specifying only the pallet base size.

Match the cover to the route and load
Thermal protection depends on the selected material, cover fit, closure, load, exposure and transport conditions. Any reflectance value, temperature range or protection duration should be supported by a test for the agreed specification. The cover does not replace an actively controlled transport system where one is required. Reuse suitability must be assessed for the chosen structure and handling conditions.

Are aluminum foil and metalized film the same option?
They are separate listed surface options. Specify which structure is required and confirm the finished construction and performance data before ordering.
Can covers be made for different pallet sizes?
Custom dimensions are listed. Measure the loaded length, width and height, including overhang and any required overlap, then confirm the closure and edge treatment.
Are the listed dimensions a guarantee of fit or thermal performance?
No. They are reference cover sizes. Final fit, protection duration and any reuse plan must be checked for the actual load and transport conditions.
