New Solution supplies static shielding bags for packing ESD-sensitive electronic components, PCB assemblies, IC chips and modules. Listed laminate options are APET/CPP and APET/CPE, with a standard reference thickness of 0.075 mm and custom thickness options.
Flat, flap, zip-lock, center-seal, gusset and 3D formats are listed. Choose the opening and usable internal dimensions around the component, reel or assembly, and specify any logo or ESD warning-label printing required.

Specify the protection your component needs
Anti-static behavior, static shielding and moisture-barrier performance are different requirements. For an ESD-sensitive application, specify the required electrical test method, acceptance limits and closure condition, and request data for the selected bag. Where humidity protection is also required, compare a moisture barrier bag rather than assuming every shielding laminate provides the same barrier performance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a static shielding bag the same as an anti-static PE bag?
No. Anti-static material behavior does not by itself establish static shielding performance. Select packaging against the component protection requirements and the test data for the exact bag.
Which bag formats can be customized?
The listed options include flat, flap, zip-lock, center-seal, gusset and 3D formats, with custom dimensions, thickness and logo or warning-label printing.
