New Solution supplies custom compostable mailers for packing garments, accessories and other non-fragile retail products. The listed film options use PLA, PBAT and corn starch or other plant-based polymer components; the final blend and thickness are specified for each order.
Choose the bag size around the packed item, leaving space for the sealing flap. Custom colors, printing and optional handles are available. For items that need cushioning, compare our padded mailer option below.

Compostability and disposal requirements
Confirm the exact film, inks, adhesive and finished-bag scope before approving a compostability claim. If your market requires EN 13432 or ASTM D6400 documentation, include that requirement in your enquiry so the applicable SKU and supporting documents can be checked. Home composting suitability and local collection acceptance must be confirmed separately. PLA/PBAT blends should not be described as plastic-free.

Can the mailers be printed with our logo?
Custom logo printing is listed as an available option. Send your artwork, colors, bag dimensions and quantity so the printing specification can be agreed.
Are biodegradable and compostable the same claim?
The terms describe different requirements. Do not assume that a biodegradable description establishes compostability, or that industrial compostability establishes home composting suitability.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Minimum order quantity and lead time depend on the selected size, film, printing and order quantity. Request an order-specific quotation; no fixed MOQ or delivery promise is listed here.
